A little background on my skin: I have very oily skin so any type of product claiming to be matte or for oily skin, I will try it!! That takes us into my first product.
1. CLINIQUE 3-Step Skin Care System For Skin Types 3, 4 Combination Oily to Oily Skins- $43.50
What it is formulated to do:
This kit organizes a complete approach to Clinique skincare. Their dermatologist developed 3-Step System cleanses and exfoliates while the oil-free moisturizer completes the process to soften and smooth skin. (Taken from sephora.com)
• I actually used this product today during my facial cleansing routine and I LOVE it! But by this being the first time that I am using, I can't judge it right away but so far so good.
2. Urban Decay's Naked2 palette- $50
• I've been in love with this for awhile and I finally decided to purchase it!
3. Sephora Collection Ultimate Dual Exfolitating Face Brush- $18
What it does:
This brush's ultra-soft brush head gently exfoliates dead skin cells. Its other side features a silicone pad with tiny bristles to deeply cleanse pores while invigorating the skin. Use daily to reveal glowing, radiant skin. (Taken from Sephora.com)
• I used this brush in conjunction with the Clinique 3 step cleansing system. I decided to buy this brush because I love the smaller $6 version. This brush is bigger and has two sides. Love it!
4. Sephora Collection Sculpting Disk- $24
What it does:
Sephora Brand Sculpting Disk is a compact with three powders: mattifying, to give an even, matte finish; a blush bronzer, to bronze and define; and a highlighting powder, to illuminate and brighten. ( Taken from sephora.com)
• I bought this because I was looking for a highlighting powder and couldn't decide which brand to get. This disk is huge and it has three products in one. I can never turn down a 2 for 1 let alone a 3 for 1! This disk also recieved good reviews. Next I think I want to try one of NARS many highlighters.
5. Sephora Collection Ultra Shine Lip Gloss- Fresh Peach $12
What it does:
The most pigmented member of the Sephora Collection gloss family, this smoothing star comes in a profusion of gorgeous shades. Achieve a lush-lip look with full, smooth, hydrated results. (Taken from sephora.com)
• I decided on this color because it's a pretty pinkish, coralish, gold toned color and after trying it on at store I was sold.
This ends my Sephora haul. I will be doing reviews on the products as soon as I use them!
